Description
Freeze-dried, often farm-grown but always “at least” organic herbs for use in your home. Freeze drying is beneficial because its a very gentle process to remove even more water (thanks to the vacuum part of the process) than simply dehydrating the herbs, causing them to remain fresh. It also helps preserve the volatile compounds within the herbs that may offer a fresh fragrance or flavor.
Sold in one HALF (0.5) ounce increments – some herbs may have a higher volume than others.
